she might. do some research, protect yourself and from what you've presented (which is of course biased) it seems like she's the one at fault. if she wants to claim the kids on her income tax it will of course give her a break but if she hasnt been contributing at all, then make sure you dont let her. i'm sorry for your misfortune and best of luck! |
