Nylabones are not a gimmick. However you do not need to get the greenies all of the time. A nubby chew toy will do. Anything that "scrubs" their teeth works. As to apples, apples are great. They provide moisture and fiber (important in elimination). Just wash your apples in baking soda/vinegar mix to remove as much of the pesticides and wax (something you should be doing for yourself as well). |
