What do you think the dentist will do?

In the back of my mouth at my back molar the gum is red, swollen, throbbing, bleeding sometimes and is quite painful. My lymph nodes in my neck on that side and also swollen since obviously there is some sort of infection going on. I never had my wisdom teeth removed and they are impacted with no way of coming up. I am assuming that this is part of the problem and was wondering if the dentist will give me antibiotics first before even considering extracting a tooth to let the wisdom tooth come up. Also, is it possible to get a prescription of antibiotics to get rid of the infection and wait and see if it becomes issue again. I don't have any money and all of this will have to go on a credit card which I am absolutely dreading. I am also TERRIFIED of anesthesia and would basically do anything NOT to have surgery. For an extraction of a tooth above the surface would I have to be put out or can they numb it up really good and remove it? Dental professionals help!
