I have horrible allergies too. I'm allergic to dust, dust mites, dogs, cats, ragweed, and mildew. when in the same environment as your allergies there are a few things you can do: 1) take Claritin. (very reliable) 2) wear a dust mask. (i do this when i have to dust the house. also really works) 3) if you feel yourself getting all sneezey, leave the area imediately. (go into a cool room and drink cold water. i dunno why but it helps) Hope I helped some.
