| I was wondering what this is, can it be skin cancer?
Its really itchy and normally appears on my legs and arms. The first time i notice it it's like blood on it. It looks like little dry blood is coming out of my skin. It's really itchy but after awhile it turns into the light brown spots. It starts to disappear after a long time.
