Sounds like a serious case of he has no idea what he's doing. Either that or he's got someone else he's into at the same time and he can't make up his mind. Either way he sounds like a loser.Don't waste your time, if he can't even bother to keep in contact steadily then he's not worth it. It's a two way street, you can't do it all and he can't do it all but he's not even willing to do his half.Move on.
