| I want to have a cosmetic surgery before my divorce is final?
If I have my surgery before my divorce is final is he responsible for half still or can he fight the charges on our credit card. Or if I pay cash will I have to reimburse him the money used out of our joint accounts?

OK, I can see all of your points however, we have been together for 17 years and he came home 1-1/2 MONTH ago and said he wants to be free to do as he wishes and does not want to be responsible for our 2 children any longer. And that out of the $1000.00 he makes a week a lawyer told him he would only need to pay $280.00 tops for child support. So now who is the greedy one.... He has been telling me for years to have a B*^B job and now I am even if I need to pay for it myself. It would just be nice to see him pay and not play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
