Ovarian cysts are a common pain producer. When you had the ultrasound did they check for ovarian cysts? That and a more serious condition called "Ovarian torsion" that can be very serious requiring surgery.
The ovary gets twisted and crimps the artery leading to it. That reduces the blood supply to that ovary causing the pain that you describe.
Another Doctor is in order. An OB/GYN maybe. Tell the new Dr. about the ultrasound and see if they looked at your ovaries at all.
