This is what I think about healthcare. Who would be best to vote for based on this?

I am 100% against UNIVERSAL healthcare. But I would be willing to pay taxes to help people who are in dire situations out of the person's control such as, their newborn can't live without a few surgeries, or they are in critical condition after surviving a fire, they were injured in an accident that wasn't their fault, etc. But I would NOT be willing to pay taxes to take care of people who have problems because they're fat, they smoke, they drink, or they otherwise don't take care of themselves and are predisposed to health problems. I also wouldn't be willing to pay for a random person whose stomach just hurts and feels like going to the doctor. I also wouldn't be willing to pay for people who can afford to pay for healthcare anyway. I think there should be some kind of system to evaluate whether a person should get financial aid for their health needs and how much, and full "free" healthcare should not be available to absolutely anybody. Also when people use the example of other countries with healthcare whose citizens "love it", do they ever wonder how it would work in a particular country called the US? Hello...it is a WHOLE LOT BIGGER, think of how you're supposed to pay for EVERY SINGLE citizen without running into huge problems...
