Do I not care enough for my 2 year old?

With my first daughter, I used to cry over everything with her and still do - her first day of preschool or if she cried when I left her with a sitter, for example. She's 7 now and when I dropped her off at a bday party and she was nervous and cried, I almost cried too! I had tears. If she cries over something, I want to cry with her. With my second daughter who's 2, it's like I don't care - but I do. I know at this age 2 year olds cry about everything - but if she cries if I leave her with a sitter I don't care. She is alot different than my first (very dramatic and gets frustrated alot more, therefore cries more), so maybe I'm used to her crying? I feel that when she starts preschool and cries her eyes out, I'll be like OK see you later and not shed a tear. Is there anyone else out there who feels this way about their 2nd child?
