| Do I not care enough for my 2 year old?
i havent had my first yet, but i have been told by lots of mums that they feel its more special with their first. but personally i would think its special with any child. did you have depression with your youngest? did you have any problems bonding? if so this could be the reason. if not then it could just be what you said that you are used to it so you can control your emotional side easier, where the first time was just all new to you. but as you mentioned she is different to your first it seems that you are basically comparing them, so you are expecting a bit much from your 2 year old as each child is different. i think you should talk to someone who can give you better advice as they will know you personally and your situation.
