victoria E. has a spectacular aura about
The person filing ofr the divorce pays for it unless they are in financial difficulties (absolutely no money) then they can contest the court for their spouse to pay for it if they have the means. The best thing to do is to go to your public librabry and look at the divorce book, (they will know which one you are talking about) they will ask if it is the one with kids or without. Pick the one you need. Or you can buy one in a book store, It has all the papers you will need to file for divorce, the courts wont give these to you. Good Luck
