| I Have Questions about the Coast Guard and the National Guard?
Well Im looking for something to do with my life basically. I dont know what I want to do with college so Im at a standpoint in that. I was thinking of joining the Army, however I dont feel like Id actually want to do all of that for 4yrs.
okay questions are
How long can I enlist in the National Guard? What would I do (probably go through as a infantryman)
Would I be sent overseas? I personally think it would be fun to patrol waterways and high drug taffiking areas.
If I join my Local State Natoinal Guard will i still go through the same training? (Hand to hand combat, rifle shooting, etc)
What would I be doing in the Coast Guard?
How long can I enlist for?
Will I go through similar training as other army branches?
