| I would say that most fundamentalists do fall under the first two categories. However, there are religious people that are specifically used by Kohlberg to explain the last two stages--MLK and Mother Theresa for example.
Additionally, a person in the first few stages would have a difficult time understanding or adhering to some religions. |
