Supply is always in demand because of the sheer volume of our logisitic tail in our military. Someone has to catalog and issue that equipment. There is alot to that job and you can run your own supply room to work in an battalion level supply shop as a new Soldier. I did a little of it in my time.

There are acouple of non-medic MOS out there, but will keep you near the hospital:
68J Medical Logistic Specialist
68G Patient Administration Specialist
68S Preventive Medicine Specialist
68X Mental Health Specialist

92W Water Treatment Specialist are primarily responsible for supervising or performing the installation and operation of water purification equipment, as well as dealing with water storage and distribution operations and activities. This is much needed in less than built up areas especially deserts or swamps. We all need water right?
These are all good jobs. I did a glory catching job (airborne infantry and ranger for many moons. That's stuff fine and dnandy, but the Army needs all types to work. do you part and what makes you happy. you can always change later on your next re-enlistment.
