Paul B has a spectacular aura about
Principle: concentration (M) = amount (moles)/volume (L)

So find out total number of moles of Cl- from both solutions, and divide by the total volume.

First solution gives you 25.0 mL x 0.2450 M KCl x 1 Cl-/1KCl

I leave it to you to work out the second solution. Take care, and pay attention to the (rather obvious) final term that I wrote in the first calculation.
