| I vote for both (a) and (b) with the qualification that while we are not affecting the weather by pumping so much, there will be less water to go around when it is rationed, and thus drought condition rises.
Don't see local streams' ups and downs as having so much to do with pumping as with weather. But a high aquifer may contribute to some lower stream. So, (d) could be a choice, but only at a stretch. Depends on how you define local. |
