It's actually The Family Guy Movie: Stewie Griffin - The Untold Story. It is so freakin' funny!!! I LOVE when Stewie jumps off the shelf and smashes into his high chair!!! LOL!!!

They've played it on TV, but it was seperated into 3 parts.
