...for a minor to get a piercing? I was wondering if in the state of Virginia there are any laws stating who can or can't sign for a minor to get a piercing? Does the person signing have to be the minors legal guardian or can anyone over 18 sign for them? If someone other than your legal guardian signs, do they have to have your guardians consent? |
