I don't agree. Both of the states broke the party rules and held their primaries before the party wanted them to. If they want their votes to count - and I think they should count, the only fair thing is for both states to have a do over. Anything other than this would either reward states that choose to violate the rules or dis-enfranchise two very important states. The do over option isn't perfect, but it's the only fair way to go.
