I know what you mean. I mean sometimes I feel like I don't want to tell people things, because I don't want to get them upset.
Also, I feel as if when people tell me their problems, sometimes it's too overwhelming and makes me sad. I sometimes just don't know what to say.
Just don't be afraid to share your feelings sometimes. It's NEVER good to hold them in. If you're afraid of telling your family and friends your personal issues, you could see a counselor, or therapist.
It's a great way to get everything out.
