I'm kidding, but I hope you see why reputable genealogists keep details about living people hidden, and why there isn't a site like you asked for.
Also, since every ancestor you find brings up the question "Who were the parents and siblings?" no one can ever find their entire genealogy. Most of our lines become hidden by the mists of time in the 1700's. African-Americans usually dead end with people alive in 1870.
