No. That is religious dogmatism. Spirituality pertains to certain intrapersonal experiences that make a person feel connected to or inspired by something that is "divine" or "greater" than one's small self and connected to others in a benefiscent way. Belief in a dogma, ideology, or religion is not necessarily related to spirituality. Atheists and agnostics can be spiritual. Belief, in fact, can be limiting because it can be in conflict with experience and insight.
