| The term you're looking for is accessory to murder. If they knew about the murder before, it would be considered conspiracy to commit murder.
You won't find this in the penal code, but in the criminal code.
The article code for accessory to murder is article 21 in the Canadian Criminal Code. The article for conspiracy to commit murder I belive is article 469 but it's in the 400's. |
