what happened to your 'o', 'ko', 'so', 'to', 'no'???
all the 'o' sounding characters are not there!
and you should continue practising the rest of the hiragana characters.
your handwriting is fine
but i would rate you maybe 3 or 4 because you didn't complete the whole chart.
i used to study Japanese for 2years+ but I stopped due to my busy schedule. i'm slightly past JLPT3 level.
i remembered that we were required to know how to write all the characters by the 2nd lesson when i started learning!
learning how to write them well is the first step, just like how you learn how to write ABCs when you were little.

my suggestion for you is to print these 'mini lessons' out and practise writing with them.
