Their workmans comp insurance is required to cover any and all medical care you need (and I guarantee you need it after a blow to your cervical spine) If you signed the report you've agreed that it was not their fault and basically that waives them all responsibility. They can't fire you for getting injured at work unless you are doing so intentionally and then they'd have to prove it. |
