To-do-list, Staff meetings for an Administrative Assistant?

I am a shy person and when it comes to my turn to speak in the staff meeting of 20 people I buckle up. Recently, my boss mentioned to me that I must attend the staff meetings every monday, and I must have a status report of my tasks.

I don't know how to present this, and I am not the best writer around. My daily tasks includes, expense reimbursments, answering phones, responding to the bankers requests. My boss also gave me a new job tasks to add new clients to our new system called X-sell (I enter the clients, their assitant names and which banker works on this client). I don't understand why he wants me to do this, I need a little guidance on how to start this To-list.
