depends on the divorce

some men pay it directly (through weekly or monthly checks) to the mother of the kids

in other cases the county takes the money out of the paycheck of the father. in those cases if the person changes jobs frequently (like construction work) it takes time for the paperwork to go through the county and company he is working for, plus there is a one month delay since companies only pay this once a month for whatever the person worked the month before

so it can fall behind a couple months just in paperwork issues

How this work ? when file child support approve that he the father ... he pay child support, BUT how do the father go to the child support office pay them for them to pay me send me check OR the child support office take it out of his pay check ??? ..... im been hearing that the father don't pay but if they were to take out of his paycheck why are paying behide ?

he doesn't have to go there and pay them. he can send money or have it taken out of his check by his employer who will send it to child support. usually that is how it happens. the employer is notified that an employee has to pay child support and they tell them how much to give you.
