| Can a class action lawsuit be filed against the Missouri Child Support...
...Enforcement Office? I have been working with the Missouri CSE for over a year to collect CS from my ex-husband who quit paying in 2006. They have failed to take enforcement action (i.e. prosecution, suspended license) that the law has given them authority to take. He is currently $11,229 in arrears. I know that many other single parents in Missouri are having the same problem with the CSE not enforcing their court orders for support. I think that the CSE allows dead-beat parents to slip through the cracks and loopholes for years. My daughters and many other children deserve better than that. What can I do?
