Michael M has a spectacular aura about
What ratio to normal staff, would a big safety-critical project be able to...

...support, of office....? psychopaths.
Office psychopaths-
"The name of the game for the office psychopath is to take over. An office psychopath with attach themselves to whichever project they think they can get the most prestige or power from, no matter what that project is. It's true, quality does take a nosedive in anything the office psychopath is involved in, because the office psychopath is not interested in quality. H/she is interested in winning, at any cost. The office paychopath only appears to care. They care nothing about anyone or anything. They only care about being in control; of winning.

The office psychopath cares nothing about having friends, being accepted, or being a part of any team. They steamroller over the top of others in order to get their way. They use the weak members of the team to be their "yes" men. The office psychopath only cares about getting what they want. And what they want is complete control. Period. End of discussion."
To I Don't Know

Terrific insight. Thanks.
