I think no. You cannot bring the Military to court. You can bring a general or someone to court but not the whole outfit! Maybe we can take the Commander in Chief, but what are the charges? By the way, why don't you use the Check Spelling application? It helps to correct your spelling. |

I think that this question is probably one of the most ridiculous ideas I've seen on YA, and that is saying a lot. But, to humor you in case you actually are serious, no I don't think that would happen. A) there's no case, and B) the rest of the world is too busy with their own problems to try going toe to toe with the US.
