I am USAF active and I wish to marry my SO that has CF. What should I do...

...before reporting to1st duty station? I know my girl back home is the one. I've never felt so devoted to anyone in my entire life. She has cystic fibrosis and its pretty severe and I know it will complicate things in our relationship but I know we can work through it. And I know what taking care of her entails. I've spent many a night at the hospital with her just drove straight from work to the hospital stayed up all night with her and left for work the next morning. Making sure treatments are administered giving precussion. I may be young (20) but I am very responsible and accountable. I am currently in tech school and plan on marrying her while in here. I need to know what arrangments to make before reporting to my next duty station and information about transferring her from Medicare to tricare. Any help information and encouragement would be greatly appreaciated.
