Air Force PT test?

Hey all ok so I know 3 people right now who is doing extra PT do to not passing in the past. Then finally they all passed and since they passed they been doing this extra PT.
So my question is they have a big PT test coming up and I know they really have to pass this what happens if you keep not passing these test?
