I am not an Airman. My Son was in the Airforce and now is in the Air National Guard. The Airforce trained him to be a biomedical electrical tech. He works on high end medical equipment for a company from Switzerland and has an incredible career making huge money and travels all over the western States as part of his work. I myself was an electrician for many years and the Airforce has trained many a good electrician who have done very well for themselves in the civilian world. The Airforce has many good jobs and some of the best and most respected training you can get anywhere in the world. Pick a field that has a future in life after serving. They are paying you to learn so take advantage of their training to set yourself up for the rest of your life. Good luck my friend, serve proud, and thank you for your service.

I was aircraft environmental systems 42251-it was cool but I didn't get to travel. Try something in a transport plane like loadmaster or something that you will get to see the world with.
