Air Force- Pararescue Waiver Question!?

Hello.. I took the ASVAB last week and scored well below my potential. I scored a 46 on the AFQT. I am interested in the Pararescue program but I only scored a 40 on the "G" line, when I needed a 43. My question is, am I going to be able get a waiver for missing the 3 points? Thank you.
Why would I have to wait 3 years?? I was told I could take it again next month if I wanted
