Should the US maintain a military presence in Iraq?

Unfortunately this is a yes and no question. Madeleine Albright has said that America creates its own future problems by invading a country and then leaving before a strong, stable government can make it on its own. They have to remain there until that happens, and of course it is not the most desireable option, but of course if they pull out it could be much worse, if the wrong people make it into power, cashing in on the fact that people might still be resentful against the invaders.
