Air Force - Haven't made payments to credit cards in the last two months?

I'm leaving to the Air Force next week. I know I have to go through a second interview at the MEPS. However, I'm buried in debt and I haven't been able to make my minimum payments for the last two motnhs. Do you think the Air Force will check my credit report again? Will this issue hold me from leaving? Thanks
