do you get "leave" vacation or whatever you call it between boot camp in...

...the navy and A school? I don't know anyone personally in the navy, but i have friends in every other branch,t hey all had 2 weeks between getting out of boot camp and starting training, is this normal, or was it just the luck of the draw? I thought you went straight from boot camp to A school, maybe have a day or two off but thats ti. anyone shed any light?

No. You go straight from boot camp to "A" school unless it's Christmas. You'll get leave after "A" school, before reporting to your first command.

My brother and boyfriend are in the marines and they got time after boot camp. I beleive that everyone gets time after boot camp to see their family

On graduation from basic training, new recruits are granted from 14 - 30 days leave before reporting to school.
