should i join the navy or the army?

okay well i need help i cant decided what will best for me to join the navy or the army. the only reason why i want to join the army is so that they will pay for my collage but i found out that the navy will do that too. I think that i would injoy the navy more then the army because it fits me better but every time i tell my army recruter that i want to join the navy he changes my mind and then i get all confused again. can some out there please help me?
