What can I do to subdue my memories of a homosexual relationship I had in the Navy?

I am straight... There was this guy in the Navy who liked me and he started to perform oral sex on me... I pretended he was a girl, and I didn't do anything for him. I let him kiss me a couple times.

I'm haunted now-a-days though... This feels like my biggest 'darkest' secret. I really want to vent to someone. I'm afraid to tell my family because they might think I'm gay. What can I do? Is there help I can seek for something like this?

I suppose most people are on a continuum. Since this is haunting you, you may be confused. Don't be afraid to be who you are. You are out of the "don't ask, don't tell" institution now. But most people experiment.
