air force medical question please help i need awnsers fast?

im signing up for the airforce and when i got my state drivers licence i was using afrin nasal spray while i was taking my test, and the lady that had my sign the papers after my test said i had to put down on the medical paper that i had asthma because i was using nasal spray because i had a cold, ive never had asthma nor have i been diagnosed with it, will this show up on the check that the air force does to get me enlisted? because i check no i dont have asthma on the military form?
will the airforce see this when they enlist me?
MAINLY WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS WILL THE AF SEE THIS ON MY REPORT WILL IT SHOW THE MEDICAL STUFF WITH MY DRIVERS LICENSE?
