Does anyone know a good medical translation company for peanut allergy UK?

I need to find a good medical translation card company for my daughters peanut allergy, we are going to turkey in May, i have found 2 in UK but they don't have exactly what i want written on them.
Does anyone know of any?

If you type in Turkish translators there are lots of sites listed,but I don't know the cost involved (although for your daughter's sake I don't expect that's a consideration), nor could I choose one for you.
