CAN I GET a FREE INTOLERANCE/ALLERGY TEST?

I get so bloated that i look a few months pregnant! I don't know what it is that is doing it,it seems to happen when i eat most things. Can i get a free test from the doctors or anywhere else and if so how?
I'm in London.

yes you can get a free test,but i would prefer to use the doctors allergy testing and intolerance.rather than going to chemists.or get referred to the hospital,as there is alot of allergies that can be ruled out.

Perhaps you have a gluten intolerance as this causes bloating. Try cutting out gluten for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference. You'd have to do it for a minimum of about a month in order to allow your body time to recover from the effects of the gluten that you've been eating.

York Labs will do a food intolerance test for about £200.

I don't know about the free test. But, I get the same problem. My doctor told me to stop eating all dairy and caffeine. Although, I do have caffeine (and sometimes regret it after), I've stopped taking dairy and feel much better.

yes at holland and barrett or lloyds chemist thats if ur in the uk just go in and ask them or ask ur doctor they will tell u where u can get 1 done
