is my puppy sick or just allergies?

my 12 wk puppy is sneezing A LOT. and her nose gets runny and she has reddish pink eyes. is it just allergies or is she sick? shes from a rescue and i've had her for less than a week. First time puppy raiser, concerned about my baby girl.

She probaly has "kennel cough" from being in the shelter....Please don't worry too much but get her to the vet to make sure it isn't something more serious...If it's kennel cough, the good news is that her immune system won't let her get it again...But please make a trip to the vet junst incase... o.k. ??
