| Gluten allergy?
My mom just found out she's allergic to gluten, and since she's kicked it out of her diet, she feels SO much better. I just feel SOOO sorry for her coz she can no longer eat so many of her favorite foods. We live in a small town and there aren't any health food stores around that make "gluten-free" foods. Any good ideas on what she can eat and where we can get it apart from having to drive 80 miles to get it?
