Benadryl Allergy?

Lately, whenever I wake up in the morning I get this awful cold/sneezing fit. I dropped into my local drug store to see if I could fix the problem and they said just take some allergy medicine, they werent being specific but my mom picked up some benadryl the other day and it worked like a charm, 2 tablet and I am ready for the day. I'm out though and a gas station near me has benadryl, would I be carded for benadryl? Because I hear people being carded for cough sryup and things like that.

No, you will not be carded for Benadryl. Why would you want to buy it at a gas station though? It is much more expensive there than at a drug store or even a grocery store.

No you won't be. It never has been considered a drug that has been controlled related to misuse. Although you might want to take it at night if you can. It has the same additives as in Tylenol PM and helps people sleep. I thought I'd tell you.

nope, cough syrup is only controlled because there is alcohol in it.
