Allergy skin test results...the next day?

My daughter did not react to any of the skin testing they did on her back yesterday. But today, she has these little red bumps, like tiny, tiny blisters, in a three inch cluster, and two of the test bumps are a little red.

They don't look like hives, they look like blisters. I did wipe some alcohol there, like the nurse told me to. But my daughter cried and said it hurt, so I stopped.

Any idea what this could be? The bumps are tiny, just bigger than a pin prick. Thanks.
