My son has had goosebump for 2 days. Is this a rash or virus or, an...

...allergy or is it nothing? if anyone knows anything please e mail me at Sarah890507@yahoo.com im am very worried but i dont have good insurance so i dont want to take him to the doctor if i dont have to!!!!!
