question about allergies!?

how do u get rid of sinus pressure, watery eyes, and runny nose? i'm suffering! do ya guys got any tips? pleez help... see ya!

I recommend getting an allergy test done (I cut yeast and mushrooms out of my diet that I was allergic to and now I can taste food better and hear properly !!) and secondly go to your GP and get him to refer you to ENT dept they can look up your nose to see wether you have anything up there thats causing problems and prescribe some steroid sprays for your condition !!! !
