what can I do about my eye allergies during spring?

What medicine works best for itchy, allergy eyes? I really need help, this has been going on for 2 years. It just appered one day! I use eyedrops 4 times a day, and it still doesn't work. I DO NOT wear contacts at all. Please help! Thanks.
